  • Can I track my order?
    If you create an account when purchasing you can track your order online. If you do not have an account please check the confirmation email that was sent to you in order to track your order.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We ship most orders out daily during normal business days if ordered before 1pm EST. Pre-order or out-of-stock items will be shipped when they are available. You can see our full shipping policy here.
  • Do you offer returns?
    Our refund policy is a return window of 14 days for all products. Love it or return it! Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase directly from our website or store. There will also be a $4.00 fee for shipping and handling that will be deducted from your refund.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days or as set by our payment processor.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We may offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more and may offer free shipping promotions on other qualifying orders. Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

    Yes, we source the best clean beauty and wellness products from brands around the world to offer you a curated selection of all things beauty.
  • Do you offer samples or trial sizes for your products?
    Some products have sample sizes and each will be listed in the shop page.

  • Are your products cruelty-free?
    Yes! Our products are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free and all YANY Beauty brand products are vegan/vegetarian.
  • What do you mean by "clean beauty"?
    When we source or formulate products we do so intending to provide products that are all or either vegan/vegetarian, cruelty-free, or made without ingredients such as parabens, gluten, phthalates, sulfates or Formaldehyde. Each product has a unique clean beauty quality so please read the ingredients. If an ingredient list is not included, please contact us and we will email you the complete ingredient list.
  • Does natural mean I won't have an allergic reaction?
    Just like having an allergic reaction to certain natural foods such as nuts or fruit is possible, the same in so with products. Everyone can have unique allergies or sensitivities to ingredients so please review the ingredient list before purchasing. For medical advise please consult a medical professional.
  • What are your service product ingredients?
    For facials and makeup, we use the same products we sell in the store and online and you can see the complete list of ingredients for each or contact us before booking and we can send them to you. For waxing, brow tinting, and lamination we use third-party products. For a list of ingredients please contact us before scheduling your service. A patch test is always available.
  • Are your products vegan/vegetarian?
    Yes, 99% of YANY Beauty brand products are vegan and 1% are vegetarian due to beeswax or lanolin ingredients. Look for specific product labels and information on the website.
